Role & responsibilities

Verification and approval of IPQC, RM and FG analysis reports.

- Upgradation of Quality Plan for Finished goods and raw materials.
- Complaint receiving, investigation and closing with Feedback and CAPA.
- Ensuring batching as per formulation and lot wise analysis reports.
- Monitoring of high value Raw materials for oxidation/heat generation.
- Raw material FIFO monitoring.
- Ensuring Forward and backward Traceability system.
- PDC (Pre dispatch check) of FG before loading.
- Implementing and standardizing QC protocols as per AOCS, AOAC, AACC and ISO methods.
- Food safety Team leader (FSTL) for coordinating ISO, HACCP, GMP, PRP, HALAL and BAP.
- Validation and Verification of CCPs and OPRP.



12.To execute ISO 22000 Food safety management system and ensure quality control.
- Taking lead to execute BAP audit as per standard 2.1.

14.To manage and monitor vendors and suppliers approval, re-approval and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Implementing Grobest HSE Food safety and Quality requirements at the country level
- Developmentation & implementation of country-level Quality SOPs related to plant operation & Sales
- Coordinating with Group FS&Q; activities and updating country-level progress
- Food safety Team leader (FSTL) for coordinating ISO, HACCP, GMP, PRP, HALAL and BAP.
