Role Description The Logistics Specialist role at EziBizi is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Logistics

Specialist will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, overseeing order fulfillment, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate execution. This role will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to optimize supply chain processes and resolve logistics issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation for domestic and export movements, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Specialist will also support continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, and contribute to efficient, customer-focused logistics solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify patterns, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate shipments, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
- Candidates should possess Export-related skills and understanding of export procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in commerce or e-commerce environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
