We are looking for an experienced Logistics Head to manage and monitor the complete dispatch and transportation process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatches, accurate quantities, proper billing, payment verification, and smooth coordination with transporters and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Order Dispatch Management

Monitor and ensure that all customer orders are dispatched within the committed timeline.

Coordinate with the concerned departments to avoid delays in dispatch.

Quantity Verification

Ensure that the exact quantity mentioned in the customer order is dispatched.

Verify dispatch quantities before loading the material.

Material & Size Verification

Ensure that the material is dispatched strictly as per the order specifications, sizes and requirements.

Coordinate with the production/store team wherever clarification is required.

Payment & Outstanding Verification

Check the customer's payment terms and outstanding status before placing trucks for dispatch.

Coordinate with the Accounts/Sales team for payment confirmation wherever required.

Billing Coordination





Ensure that the Billing Executive prepares invoices/bills accurately and on time.

Follow up on pending bills to ensure that billing does not delay dispatch.

Transport & Truck Management

Coordinate with transporters for timely placement of trucks.

Monitor vehicle placement, loading and dispatch status.

Maintain effective coordination with transporters for smooth logistics operations.

Dispatch Tracking

Track dispatched vehicles and follow up until delivery.

Identify and resolve dispatch/transport-related issues promptly.

Experience - 5 Years

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Logistics, Dispatch & Transportation

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Good communication skills

Ability to manage transporters and truck placement

Knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps

Basic knowledge of billing and payment terms

Good Excel/computer knowledge

Ability to handle multiple orders and dispatches efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
