Logistics Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, robust follow-up skills, and experience in shipment tracking and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain logistics data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Work with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouses for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Follow up with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Handle email communication and maintain logistics records.




- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, E-way Bills, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory movement.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
