Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics executive to handle day-to-day logistics operations, including coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to ensure smooth material movement while maintaining accuracy and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily logistics operations – dispatch, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.

· Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse for timely material movement.

· Ensure accurate documentation – delivery challans, invoices, and GRNs.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase and operations teams for material requirements.

· Maintain vehicle movement records and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

· Assist in vendor management and rate negotiation.





· Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports on dispatch and delivery status.

· Support finance in transport bill verification and payment follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any stream (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.

· Should be responsible, punctual, and able to handle field coordination when required.
