About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Logistic Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day logistics, material movement, warehouse, stores, and dispatch operations within a manufacturing factory.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in factory logistics, inventory coordination, dispatch operations, material handling, transportation coordination, and team supervision .

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily logistics and material movement activities within the factory.
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and other materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely movement of finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, loading/unloading teams, and logistics partners.
- Monitor loading, unloading, stacking, and material-handling activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for goods receipt, dispatch, delivery challans, invoices, and stock movement.
- Monitor vehicle availability and transportation schedules.
- Supervise logistics and warehouse personnel and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movement.
- Assist with physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track pending deliveries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics and dispatch reports for management.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, factory procedures, and safety standards.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of manufacturing and factory logistics operations.
- Experience in warehouse, stores, dispatch, or material handling.
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
- Experience dealing with transporters and logistics vendors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation .
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under operational pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in manufacturing logistics may also be considered.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, stores, dispatch, or material movement, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Final salary will be decided based on experience, relevant industry exposure, skills, and interview performance.
