- Ensure smooth functioning of Success Factor as an online test platform and LMS.
- Explore areas where automation can be introduced in SF w.r.t. Learning & Development.
- Engage with stake holders, supervisors, use inputs available from existing database/ applications/ software to identify the gaps and prepare action plan to plug the gaps.
- Resolve issues arising in implementation of online trainings and certifications in SF LMS
- Educate the team on LMS and technical requirements.
- Provide best-practice guidance on LMS processes and knowledge
Technical / Functional / Soft Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any field, preferably CSE, IT
- Overall IT experience of 5+ years out of which at least 3 years’ full lifecycle experience in PMGM/CDP/ SAP Success Factors LMS implementation role.
- Preferred Certification in SAP SF Learning Management Certification Exam
- Conversant with SF Support model and process and SF troubleshooting skills.
- Integration support skills between SF and SAP
- Experience in building or managing a content management system (CMS) is a plus.
