Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, develop engaging content, generate relevant leads, and improve audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn profile and company page management, content strategy, outreach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts and other relevant content.
- Identify and target relevant audiences and potential leads.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and other key performance metrics.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant LinkedIn audiences.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through LinkedIn engagement.




- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Continuously test and improve content and outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in LinkedIn management, social media, digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, content formats, and engagement practices.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to create professional and engaging content.
- Valuable understanding of B2B marketing and professional networking is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with demonstrated experience in LinkedIn growth, B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and content management will be preferred.
