1. Responsible to provide technical support for Linux /Unix Servers with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.Responsibilities: 2. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux/Unix Servers 3. Hands on experience on veritas clustering and VVR replication activities.
- Clustering and High availability management along with Virtualization solutions 5. Perform installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning 6.
Review
Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation. Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
Valuable to have skills
1. working experience on open stack/ open source integration 8. working experience on public cloud like aws, azure, etc., 9. Extensive experience in troubleshooting 10. ITSM ITIL awareness
