The Senior Executive – IT Support, CRM & Automation Management will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support and infrastructure, network and security operations, CRM administration, and business automation. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, CRM management, and automation.
Job Description: Provide technical support for Windows/mac OS systems, laptops, printers, and IT equipment . Manage the IT Helpdesk , troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain IT asset inventory and manage employee/learner onboarding and offboarding. Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Google Workspace, Canvas LMS, Linked In Learning, Adobe CC, Zoom , and other organizational platforms. Troubleshoot and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi,



VPN, internet connectivity, and Sophos security . Manage CRM users, permissions, data, workflows, and basic automations . Set up and monitor Email/Whats App templates, system alerts, and automated workflows . Coordinate with external IT vendors for AMC, hardware procurement, software upgrades, SSL, and license renewals . Support continuous improvement of IT systems, CRM processes, and automation .
What We’re Looking For: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support, IT Operations, CRM Administration, System Administration, and Automation . Technical Skills: Positive working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure .
