Job Description As Manager - Reconciliations, you will provide leadership, governance, and oversight across Cash, Position, Private Credit, and Derivatives Reconciliation functions. You will be accountable for ensuring reconciliation activities are performed accurately, completed on time, and delivered in accordance with established control standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities include:



Provide end-to-end governance and oversight of reconciliation processes, including Deal Closings, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Prepayments, Cash, Positions, Invoice and Derivatives Reconciliations. Design, implement, and maintain a robust control framework to ensure compliance with SOPs, client requirements, SOC1, SOX, regulatory obligations, internal audit requirements, and enterprise risk standards. Lead, coach, and support supervisors and team members by identifying process gaps, driving corrective actions, and creating sustainable capacity within the function. Ensure timely completion of mid-year and year-end performance reviews, providing meaningful feedback, development opportunities, and coaching to support employee growth and engagement.
