1. Guiding NSO team for new upcoming stores like what are the licenses

required for operation of stores. Review of Licenses once shared by NSO Team and providing necessary directives to NSO team and store operations.
1. Keeping a close watch on all the relevant portals and government websites

for all the relevant GRs, Notifications, Advisories, Stock Control Orders etc.
1. Ensuring FSSAI Relabeller Compliances such as Lab Tests, Quarterly Expiry &

Rejection Reports, D1 Annual Return on time to time basis. Ensuring Modification of Relabeller License for Vendor Mapping and Mapping of stores & DCs in Head Office FSSAI License.
1. Ensuring EC Act Compliances for all the stores and DCs such as updating

stocks on weekly basis on government portals, providing support to stores and DCs in ensuring strict compliance.
1. Applying for HO Central licenses like FSSAI, Shop Act, Legal Metrology etc.

New as well as renewal of licenses for all the group companies.
1. Monitoring pan India licenses for stores/dc and to ensure that renewal of

licenses is done in time.
1. Guiding Operation team /legal team in case of any amendment in act

/GR/GO like FSSAI, Legal Metrology, WDL/RDL, 365 days etc.
1. Providing MIS Report to Management like Licenses, Fire NOC, Lift, Genset

etc.
1. Ensuring FSSAI & Legal Metrology Nomination for all the stores & Group

Company.
1. Guiding Store Managers/ASM/DCs/FCs/Pcs for applying for licenses

/renewal of licenses providing affidavit, undertaking etc.
1. Co-ordinating with Legal Team for providing FSA Nomination, providing





support to legal team in giving reply to Licenses in case of any notices received and legal issue arises.
1. Solving Audit/Internal SAP query pertaining to licenses.
2. Solving queries of Store Managers or any concern persons pertaining to

cancellation of licenses, compliance etc.
1. Day to day monitoring in PM Modul (In-house SAP base software) about

pending licenses, creation of current store & licenses, creating trigger for AM/CH/AVP, Transfer of licenses to new AM/CH/AVP, updating registration/state/central licenses i.e. new as well as renewal of licenses,

removing trigger etc.

1. Guiding team with regards to checking, verification, rejecting, confirmation

of licenses.
1. In case of any changes in director, name of licenses, changes in nominee

than guiding and ensuring operation team to make necessary changes in licenses.
1. Verification and confirmation of approvals, permissions, NOC, licenses

pertaining to upcoming green field project, BTS etc. Raising queries in case of any deficiencies and giving clarity to the management.
1. Assisting and verification of Building approvals/permissions/Noc in giving

hand over approval for new store across the Pan India.
1. Providing support and documents to project team like affidavit,

undertaking, application etc.
1. All kindly of application drafting in English - directly or indirectly incidental

to the subject matter is must and instruction note to be provided to Store/Individual team for appropriate execution.
1. Liaisoning and Travelling, in case of need.
