Role Description This full time, on-site Leasing Manager role is based in Varanasi and focuses on managing leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties.

The Leasing

Manager will handle lease negotiations, prepare and review lease documents, and ensure accurate lease administration and records. The role includes conducting market research to understand local rental trends, recommending pricing strategies, and supporting occupancy goals.

Manager will coordinate with property management teams to address resident or tenant needs, promote resident retention through strong relationship management, and support marketing efforts for available units. Daily responsibilities also include tracking leasing performance,



generating reports for management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in managing leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining lease documents.
- Candidates should possess skills in property management and resident retention, focusing on tenant relations, issue resolution, and long-term occupancy.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and demand in the Varanasi region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Experience in real estate leasing or property management is preferred; familiarity with local regulations and real estate practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office software and property management or CRM systems is an asset.
