Role Description The Leasing Executive –

- Office Space Leasing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process for office spaces, including identifying suitable properties, conducting site visits with prospective tenants, and preparing leasing proposals.

The Leasing

Executive will perform market research to track rental trends, vacancy levels, and competitive offerings, and will use these insights to advise clients and support pricing strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating lease negotiations, assisting with lease documentation and administration, maintaining accurate records of deals and prospects,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely closure of transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and brokers to expand the office leasing portfolio.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing and office space transactions, with strong understanding of leases and lease structures.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze data, and translate insights into practical leasing and pricing strategies.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with corporate clients, landlords, and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic real estate analytics platforms; familiarity with local Gurugram and NCR office markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to meet leasing targets.
