- Should be able to fluently communicate and conduct training sessions in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Design and deliver training initiatives that support employee career development and contribute to improved patient satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across a complex hospital environment.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of training processes, learning methodologies, and organizational practices.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end training programs focused on enhancing employee capabilities, customer experience, and staff motivation.
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role, preferably from hospitals, retail, hotels or other service-oriented companies.
