Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for Battery Management System (BMS) applications.
- Develop firmware using Embedded C on microcontroller-based platforms.
- Work on RTOS and bare-metal firmware development.
- Design and implement bootloaders and OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware update solutions.
- Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, and reliability.
- Develop and integrate device drivers and communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot firmware issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hardware, validation, and system engineering teams for product development.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Lead firmware development activities and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

- Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Embedded C.
- Hands-on experience with RTOS, bootloaders, and OTA updates.
- Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Positive understanding of memory management and firmware optimization.
- Mandatory experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
