Role & responsibilities

- Provide SAP TM functional expertise and solution design support for business initiatives.

- Configure and support transportation processes including planning, optimization, execution, freight cost calculation, and settlement.

- Manage integrations between SAP TM and SAP EWM, MM, SD, Finance, Vendor EDI, and 3PL systems.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Develop functional specifications and process maps to support development activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.

- Support Integration Testing, UAT, and defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot production issues including SMQ2 errors, document flow inconsistencies, RF devices, mobile scanners, and Zebra printers.

- Handle SAP Fiori application and tile configuration based on business requirements.

- Provide ongoing system support and enhancements for transportation and logistics operations.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 9+ years of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP TM/TMS, Logistics Business Network, and Global Trade Services.

- Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, warehouse receiving, and logistics execution processes.

- Hands-on experience with BN4L/LBN, GTT, SPROXY, and BOPF.

- Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP TM implementation lifecycle projects.

- Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight settlement, and logistics integrations.

- Experience working with 3PL partners, vendor EDI, and mobile logistics solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
