We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Executive to help build the early GTM engine for WAworks.io , a WhatsApp Business automation and AI platform.

This is a hands-on BD role focused on identifying potential customers, starting conversations with decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, conducting product discussions and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with B2B sales, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking and partnerships , and should have the curiosity to understand how businesses use WhatsApp for sales, marketing, customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and research potential B2B customers across relevant industries.
- Build and manage prospect databases and target accounts.
- Reach out to founders, CXOs, sales heads, marketing heads, customer experience and operations teams.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, networking and industry communities.




- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and WhatsApp use cases.
- Schedule and conduct product demos with prospects.
- Manage prospects through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.

Growth & Marketing
- Develop and test outbound campaigns for different industries and customer segments.
- Create targeted messaging around WhatsApp automation, AI, CRM and business workflows.
- Work with the team to develop industry-specific use cases, campaigns and landing pages.
- Support content and LinkedIn-led demand generation.
- Identify current markets, industries and customer segments for WAworks.
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve conversion.

Partnerships & Channel Development
- Identify potential technology, agency, reseller and channel partners.
- Develop relationships with businesses that can introduce WAworks to their customer base.
