Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our on-site team in Mansarovar, Jaipur.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in Lead Generation, Business Development, IT Recruitment, and U.S. Staffing.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential IT candidates and prospective clients, conducting market research, generating qualified leads, maintaining lead databases, and supporting the Recruitment and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, online research, and other sourcing platforms.
- Identify and research potential IT candidates and prospective clients in the U.S. market.
- Conduct market research to identify new business and staffing opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update lead databases with accurate information.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and leads.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Business Development teams.
- Understand lead requirements and provide relevant information to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily productivity and activity reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and confidentiality of collected information.

Eligibility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, recruitment, telecalling, or similar roles may apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding non-engineering bachelor's degrees are preferred.
- Engineering graduates (B.Tech/B.E.) are not eligible for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site from our Mansarovar, Jaipur office.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates from backgrounds such as:
- BCA
- B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
- BBA
- B.Com
- BA
- Other non-engineering bachelor's degree programs
