We are looking for a performance-focused Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our paid advertising efforts and help us consistently generate high-quality leads and conversions across our business verticals and events.

Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaigns for lead generation, event registrations, brand awareness, and conversion objectives.
- Set up and manage campaign structures, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign formats.




- Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and make data-driven optimization decisions.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Build and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads , rather than simply maximizing lead volume.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Track the complete funnel from ad → landing page → lead → call → conversion .
- Identify drop-offs and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and campaign ROI .
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain accurate campaign and performance tracking across relevant dashboards and spreadsheets.
