Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic KG Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in early childhood education, good communication skills, and the ability to create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children. A positive, energetic, and compassionate teacher who enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a strong foundation for their academic, social, and emotional development.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- UG Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori Certification is mandatory.
- Good command of English and effective communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Kindergarten / Early Childhood Education.
- Freshers with Montessori training are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for Kindergarten students.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and Montessori-inspired teaching methods.
- Develop students’ language, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor and assess students’ learning and overall development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, classroom displays, and learning resources.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain necessary classroom records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
