Role Description The Junior Sales Associate will support the sales team in identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and building relationships with creators and brands. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and participating in client meetings, and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations.

The Junior Sales

Associate will help maintain CRM records, track leads and conversions, and follow up on opportunities to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, gathering client requirements,



providing basic product demonstrations, and contributing to sales reports and performance summaries. The role offers exposure to both creator and brand communities, with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with a willingness to learn industry trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage.
