We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Jr Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
