1. Coordination with customers, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth execution of export shipments.

2. Receiving booking requests from customers and arranging space bookings with airlines as per shipment requirements and schedules.

3. Preparation, verification, and processing of export documentation such as Shipping Bills, Air Way Bills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and other regulatory documents.

4. Coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHAs), Customs authorities, and terminal operators for timely customs clearance and cargo handover.

5. Monitoring cargo movement, flight schedules, shipment status, and ensuring timely upliftment of cargo.

6. Handling pre-alerts, shipment tracking, and communication with overseas agents/customers regarding shipment updates and discrepancies, if any.

7. Ensuring compliance with airline regulations, Customs requirements, DGFT guidelines, and other statutory norms applicable to air export operations.

8. Coordinating for cargo acceptance, security clearance, screening, and documentation at airport cargo terminals.





9. Preparation of invoices, debit/credit notes, and follow-up for collection of payments from customers/agents.

10. Maintaining shipment records, operational documents, MIS reports, and updating shipment details in the operational system/software.

11. Resolving operational issues such as cargo rollover, flight delays, documentation discrepancies, short-shipment cases, and customer queries.

12. Coordination with internal departments, finance/accounts teams, and overseas offices/associates for smooth execution and closure of shipments.

13. Ensuring timely dispatch of shipping documents and status reports to customers and stakeholders.

14. Any other job/responsibility assigned from time to time in connection with Air Export and logistics operations.
