Job Summary :

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Merchandiser Apparel Exports to join our merchandising team. The candidate will assist in managing export orders, product development, sampling, buyer coordination and production follow-ups.

Candidates with exposure to Kidswear / Babywear, Apparel Export Merchandising or International Buyers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in managing apparel export orders from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams for order requirements and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets and merchandising records.
- Coordinate fabric, trims, samples, colours and product development.
- Prepare and track TNA (Time & Action) Calendar.
- Follow up with factories, fabric mills and trim suppliers.
- Track sample approvals and production progress.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of assigned styles.
- Support Senior Merchandisers in resolving production and order-related issues.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure buyer requirements are followed.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of Apparel / Garment Manufacturing & Export Merchandising.
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, prints, colours and sampling.
- Basic knowledge of costing and order sheet preparation.
- Good follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Kidswear / Babywear will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of international buyer requirements preferred.

Eligibility :

- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Merchandising or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in an apparel export house.
- Freshers with relevant education/internship experience can also apply.
- Candidates with Kidswear / Babywear merchandising exposure will be preferred.
