Roles & Responsibilities

- Support customer program management activities and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Track production and project schedules and provide regular status updates.
- Monitor project milestones, key deliverables and action items for timely closure.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, SCM and other cross-functional teams.
- Support customer OTD (On-Time Delivery) monitoring and highlight potential delivery risks.
- Monitor schedule adherence against the approved production/project plan.
- Track open issues, risks and dependencies and follow up with respective owners for closure.
- Support escalation management by identifying delays and escalating issues to the appropriate level.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly program status reports and dashboards.
- Follow up on customer commitments, changes and priority requirements.
- Maintain program documentation, trackers, MOMs and action closure records.
- Support program reviews and ensure timely communication of status, risks and deviations to stakeholders.
