Role Summary

Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the company’s financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing payroll, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid analytical skills, integrity, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Record Keeping &
- Transactions:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring proper posting to accounts and up-to-date ledgers.

- Financial Reporting &

- Analysis:

Prepare periodic financial reports and analyze data to support business decisions.

- Compliance &

- Auditing:

Audit financial records for accuracy, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain confidentiality.

- Banking &

- Payment Management:

Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, track vendor payments, and manage bank transactions.

- Payroll Management: Process salaries, deductions, and benefits accurately while resolving payroll-related queries.

- Quotation &

- Documentation Review:





Review and approve customer quotations and production specifications for accuracy and compliance.

- Data Security &

- Backup:

Ensure financial data security through confidentiality measures and regular database backups.

- Check and update day-to-day operations or tasks in the Toillion software.

Qualifications &

Skills Required

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation &

- Benefits

- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
