Jr. Accounts Executive

Location: Surat / Kamrej / Kim / Segva

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally.
- Prepare and process Purchase & Sales Invoices.
- Pass Bank Receipt & Payment Entries.
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, vouchers and related documentation.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS and other routine accounting activities.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Requirements

- Tally Accounting knowledge/experience is compulsory.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Practical experience in Purchase & Sales Invoicing.




- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- B.Com / Commerce graduate preferred.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Fixed Asset Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented and responsible accounting professional with practical Tally and invoicing experience, who can independently manage routine accounting activities and support the overall accounts function.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
