Role Description the Junior 2D Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting the design needs of various virtual and on-ground events. This role involves creating 2D visual assets such as event layouts, digital banners, social media creatives, presentation slides, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines and event concepts. The designer collaborates closely with senior designers, event managers, and marketing teams to translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals for conferences, webinars, corporate events, and other experiences.

Day-to-day tasks include refining design concepts, preparing files for print and digital use, iterating designs based on feedback,



and ensuring consistency across all assets. The role may also involve assisting with basic motion or animation needs for virtual events and maintaining an organized library of design templates and assets.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in 2D design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent graphic design software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop concepts, and adapt designs for both print and digital event materials.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media assets, including web banners, social posts, and presentation design.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional event and marketing teams.
- Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in the events industry and willingness to learn, experiment, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Portfolio demonstrating 2D design work across different formats; event-related or experiential design projects are an added advantage.
- Ready to work under tight deadlines.
