Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Accounts and Finance team in maintaining day-to-day accounting records, invoices, payments, receipts, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good Excel skills, and preferably experience in a construction or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle cash and bank entries and maintain proper records.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents.
- Maintain supplier and customer accounts.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports and statements.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory-related records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Preferred
- Experience in a construction company or similar industry.
- Knowledge of purchase, subcontractor, supplier, and project-related accounting.
- Experience with Tally Prime and Excel-based accounting records.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
