Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical IT Operations Associate to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and business applications.
- Assist with user onboarding, device setup, and account-related requests.
- Maintain IT asset records and basic documentation.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
- Investigate technical issues using structured troubleshooting approaches.
- Identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.

Technology & AI Utilization
- Utilize AI-powered tools and modern research techniques to improve troubleshooting efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends, tools, and industry developments.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.





Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with team members to support ongoing IT initiatives.
