Role Overview

We are looking for Academic Counsellors who can connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right DataMites programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, providing career guidance, and working in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners through calls, chats, and virtual sessions.

Understand their career goals and recommend suitable DataMites programs.

Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments while ensuring a positive learner experience.





Achieve individual sales and enrollment targets.

Who You Are

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with prospective learners.

Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, customer service, or EdTech are welcome.
