This role offers the opportunity to serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert supporting Core HCM and Talent solutions. You will help shape scalable HR technology solutions that improve employee and manager experiences across a global organization. The position combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong business partnership and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to translate complex needs into effective system solutions. The role also plays a key part in reporting, analytics, release management, process improvement, and HR technology projects. Accountabilities:
Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent,



Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes.
Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday solutions.
Configure Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, eligibility rules, and security-driven functionality.
Manage Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, deployment activities, and related documentation.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Provide HR and Talent leaders with workforce insights and reporting solutions that support informed decision-making.
Partner with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Compensation, HR Operations, and IT teams globally to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
