- A Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. N
- 18+ years of extensive qualified experience in semiconductor design, EDA, or related technical domains. N
- A consistent track record of successfully defining and delivering impactful solutions, workflows, or products that have significantly benefited users or customers. N
- Demonstrated expertise in applying automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, generative AI, or agentic AI technologies to enhance engineering workflows. N
- A deep understanding ofone or more of these critical domains: N
- Analog and custom IC design N
- Standard cell design and optimization N
- Physical implementation N
- Design migration and design reuse N
- Semiconductor design automation N
- Physical verification, extraction, and simulation workflows N




- Valuable experience collaborating directly with customers to gather insights, define needs, and champion technology adoption. N
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and multi-functional teamwork skills. N
- The ability to efficiently partner with teams with multifaceted strengths, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer-facing groups. N

- Specific experience with analog and custom IC design workflows. N
- Proficiency in circuit simulation, SPICE, and analog verification flows. N
- Knowledge of DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction, and physical verification. N
- Familiarity with OpenAccess-based design environments. N
- Experience with commercial EDA platforms, such as Cadence Virtuoso. N
- A history of successfully delivering software products used in production semiconductor design flows. N
- Demonstrated technical leadership and a strong aptitude for multi-functional collaboration. N
