To meet increasing business demands, the SCM team is putting in place a new capability to support Contract Managers/Owners meet their obligations with regards to the management of the third-party contracts that they are accountable for.
The Generalist, Contract Management Services (CMS) supports the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. He/she is responsible for delivering Contract Management Services that provide generic support to Contract Managers/Owners like….
Manage the entire Contract & Catalogue Administrative requirement on the SCM COE space.
Manage stakeholder queries & provide on-time resolution.
Drive continuous process improvements.

Ensure that Business meets all Contract & Catalogue Administration related support in SCM COE.
Business
Ensure to meet the SCM Operational target set for the FY2026
Adhere SCM Procurement Policies & Standards
Ensure all customer queries are addressed within the agreed SLA timeline.
Focus on improving stakeholder experience and satisfaction
Processes
GOI contract ID creation in PSAP system
ER – Risk group approvals in SCBUY
Contract Administration activities in PSAP & SCBUY system
Catalogue Administration activities in ePro system (Creation, Modification & Inactivation)
Service Now queries.
Drive Process Improvements (Special Projects & Data Quality Initiatives)
People & Talent
