We are seeking a skilled 4D BIM Engineer with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating 3D models with project schedules to create 4D simulations, enhancing project planning, coordination, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 4D BIM models and simulations to support project planning,
scheduling, and logistics.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and integrate project data, ensuring
accurate 4D simulations.
• Use SYNCHRO 4D, Fuzor and other BIM tools to create and update project
schedules.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve any issues identified in the 4D models.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and present 4D simulations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
• Provide training and support to team members on 4D BIM processes and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in 4D BIM tools such as SYNCHRO, Navisworks, Fuzor and Revit.




• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project management
principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with 5D BIM (cost estimation)
• Familiarity with other BIM software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or Bentley Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 4D BIM software (e.g., SYNCHRO, Navisworks, Fuzor).
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Experience with project scheduling and planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• SYNCHRO 4D Qualified User Accreditation Certificate.
