Role Overview:
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for Nukkadshops Retail Software and Dino Software across the assigned territory.
The ASM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring retail customers, follow up on leads ,managing the sales pipeline, do demo's for the customers building solid relationships with retailers and achieving weekly ,monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Nukkad Shops Retail Software and Dino Software across the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers such as retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers and other businesses requiring retail management solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, local market networking, and digital leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits, pricing, and ROI to prospective customers.




Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software solution.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demonstration, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and referrals.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the implementation/support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and installation.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management/product team.
Train and guide Sales Executives/Business Development Executives within the assigned area, where applicable.
