Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports the founders across strategic planning, project management, and day-to-day operations, ensuring key initiatives are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking progress on content and business projects.



The person in this role may help refine content ideas, analyze performance metrics, support hiring processes, and assist with setting up workflows and systems.
