Insight Global are seeking a Jira Analyst for a leading global consulting organisation undergoing significant Agile delivery and reporting transformation initiatives.

This position requires fully remote working in India .

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving Jira reporting accuracy, enhancing data quality, and providing delivery insights across a large Agile organisation. Working closely with Scrum Leads, Product teams, and key stakeholders, you will help establish a consistent and reliable view of work across programmes while supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
- Create a consolidated, organisation-wide view of work across multiple teams and programmes.
- Analyse Jira data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify, investigate, and remediate Jira data quality issues.
- Establish reporting standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Partner with Scrum Leads and Agile teams to improve reporting adoption and data accuracy.
- Build and optimise dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Configure integrations between Jira and reporting, analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
- Drive continuous improvements in visibility,



reporting effectiveness, and delivery performance metrics.

Must-Have Requirements Include:

- Strong experience with Jira reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Experience creating executive-level reporting, scorecards, and delivery metrics.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve Jira data quality issues.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience working closely with Scrum Masters, Scrum Leads, Product Managers, or Engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex reporting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Plusses Include:

- Experience integrating Jira with reporting, business intelligence, or AI tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar dashboarding platforms.
- Exposure to large-scale Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with Jira automation, workflow optimisation, and governance.
- Knowledge of linking Jira data with AI solutions to enhance reporting and insight generation.
