Job Description – Google Campaign Specialist / Google Ads Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Campaign Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, with a solid focus on maximizing ROI and driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Manage Performance Max, Display, Search, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.




Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
Generate campaign performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign success.
Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Expertise in keyword planning, campaign optimization, and bid management.
Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in performance reporting and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Google Ads Certification.
Experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio).
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategi
