Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving growth and expanding the agency’s client portfolio. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with brands,



and presenting influencer marketing solutions that align with client objectives and budgets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with the campaign and influencer management teams to ensure successful execution. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, providing regular business reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance MHS’s market presence. The role also requires continuous engagement with existing clients to secure repeat business and upsell services.
