Orange Elephant is looking for a Showrunner / Head Writer to lead the writing and creative development of a AI microfiction series.

You will shape the overall narrative, create episode beat sheets, strengthen scripts and maintain creative consistency across the series.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee story and character arcs
Write episode scripts, scenes and dialogue
Create strong beat sheets for every episode
Build engaging hooks, emotional turns and cliffhangers
Add, remove or restructure scenes to improve pacing
Maintain character, tone and story consistency
Review episodes for continuity and overall flow
Coordinate with editors and provide clear creative feedback to improve the overall flow of the show




Collaborate with the creative and production teams

Requirements
3–4 years of professional writing experience in television, long-form series or microdramas
Strong understanding of story structure, character arcs and episodic storytelling
Excellent dialogue-writing and rewriting skills
Experience maintaining creative consistency across multiple episodes
Ability to manage both the larger story and individual episode beats
Willingness to work full-time from our Pune office

Experience in microfiction, animation, web series, audio dramas or audiobook adaptations is a plus.
