We are looking for a senior Projects professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial office and workplace projects in Mangaluru.
This role will be responsible for taking projects from site evaluation and feasibility through design coordination, construction, interior fit-out, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end commercial office and workplace projects from site assessment to handover.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEP teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Review and coordinate workplace designs, technical drawings, BOQs, material specifications and project requirements.
Manage commercial interior fit-out and construction activities while ensuring quality, timelines and project requirements are met.
Evaluate site conditions and coordinate base-build, civil, structural and MEP requirements.
Manage project budgets, CAPEX, estimates, quotations, variations and cost control.
Manage contractors, vendors, consultants and project partners,



including negotiations and performance monitoring.
Conduct site reviews and ensure quality, safety, statutory and compliance requirements are followed.
Identify project risks and resolve design and execution-related issues.
Establish project processes, documentation and reporting standards.
Ensure complete project documentation, asset records, warranties and handover documents.
Work closely with leadership and other business teams to deliver projects as per business and operational requirements.
Lead and build project teams and establish effective project execution processes.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
15+ years of experience in commercial office fit-outs, workplace projects and construction.
Significant experience in office/workspace interiors and fit-out projects.
