Role Description The Telecaller – Solar Solutions role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajendra Nagar. In this role, the telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain rooftop solar offerings, and generate leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying potential customers,



and clearly communicating the benefits, process, and cost savings associated with solar installations. The telecaller will maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM, schedule appointments or consultations for field representatives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer questions. The role also involves meeting call targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and providing courteous, professional service to every caller.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
