About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to manage the complete HR operations of our Honda two-wheeler dealership in Chennai.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance,



performance management and employee engagement across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for Sales, Service, Parts and support functions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave and personnel records.
Coordinate payroll and salary processing, including EPF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
Coordinate employee performance appraisals and evaluations.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
Support management with manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Monitor employee retention, turnover and attrition.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Manage employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure proper joining, transfer, promotion and exit formalities.
