Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Media Specialist who can bridge the gap between digital marketing strategy and high-quality visual production.
In this hybrid role, you will own the entire content lifecycle end-to-end: Concept → Scripting/Research → Production (Shooting & Lighting) → Post-Production (Editing & Design) → SEO Optimization → Distribution → Performance Analytics.
The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketer first, who can also pick up a camera to independently shoot corporate videos, capture professional event photography, edit engaging video clips, and design scroll-stopping digital assets.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy
Content Calendar & Scheduling: Plan, execute, and manage organic content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and key digital platforms.
Brand Storytelling: Create engaging visual content highlighting company milestones, executive leadership, tech innovations, client case studies, culture,



and industry trends.
Audience Engagement & Growth: Leverage social algorithms, trends, and audience behavior insights to optimize posting times, formats, and community engagement.
2. YouTube Channel Management & Video SEO
Channel Ownership: Manage YouTube Studio operations, content scheduling, and playlist management.
Targeted SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize video titles, detailed descriptions, tags, metadata, timestamps/chapters, and pinned comments.
Performance Analytics: Track CTR, watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth to refine content strategy and search ranking.
3. Skilled Videography & Post-Production
Independent On-Site Filming: Operate mirrorless/DSLR cameras, mobile rigs, framing, studio/portable lighting, and wireless audio setups for:
