This is a full-time role with our client which is the captive finance arm of a global automobile manufacturer.

Role Overview
We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll finance coordination, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and support the organization's financial governance, controls, and operational finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Financial Operations
o Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
o Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, intercompany transactions, and
overseas remittances.
o Monitor collections from dealers, business associates, and intercompany
entities.
o Manage subsidy receivables, dealer incentives, commissions, and payout
processes.
o Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account
reconciliations.
o Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end closures.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance




o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
o Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, and
other statutory requirements.
o Manage GST return filings, reconciliations, and annual compliance activities.
o Support direct tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and statutory filings.
o Prepare employee perquisite statements and management expense reports.

• Payroll Finance Coordination
o Act as the key liaison between Finance and Payroll teams.
o Validate payroll funding, employee payouts, gratuity payments, reimbursements,
and statutory deductions.
o Ensure timely processing of employee salary disbursements and related
accounting entries.

• Treasury & Operational Finance
o Manage business disbursements and payment schedules.
o Support fund management and liquidity planning.
o Handle customer refunds, company-related refunds, adjustments, and TDS refund
