Role Description The Franchise Expansion Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving franchise network growth across target markets. This role involves developing and executing expansion strategies, overseeing market research, and identifying high-potential territories and franchise partners. The Franchise Expansion Manager manages the end-to-end partner acquisition process, including lead generation, brand presentations, evaluation, negotiation support, and agreement closure. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on unit economics, expansion frameworks, documentation, and compliance,



while monitoring franchise performance and supporting ongoing optimization of the network. The individual will collaborate with leadership, investors, and partners to ensure disciplined, sustainable growth aligned with Xpand Bharat’s expansion blueprint.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate territories, franchise opportunities, and unit economics.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills to conduct brand presentations, negotiate agreements, and build long-term partner relationships.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and guide internal and external stakeholders through the expansion process.
Relevant experience in franchise development, business expansion, or growth consulting, ideally within multi-unit or consumer-facing industries.
