Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving growth and expanding One Line Studio’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with developers, architects, designers, and real estate firms. The role involves conducting market research,



preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the creative and project teams to shape tailored solutions, ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, and track performance against revenue and conversion targets. The role also includes representing the studio at industry events, maintaining CRM records, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder communication, preferably with developers, architects, designers, or real estate clients.
Ability to understand and articulate design, visualization, and marketing solution
