Role Overview
As a Tele-calling Intern, you will engage founders, partners, and community members over phone in both Tamil and English. You will help spread awareness about HustLoop’s programs, drive participation, and support our growing innovation ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in Tamil and English to engage prospective users, partners, and community members.
Explain HustLoop’s offerings, answer queries, and collect/update contact information.
Record call outcomes accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets.
Follow call scripts where required and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.




Support outreach campaigns and share feedback with the marketing and operations teams to refine call strategies.

Who we’re looking for
Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English, with explicit and confident phone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively, understand caller needs, and respond professionally and courteously.
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills to record and track call details.
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls, manage time effectively, and work towards daily/weekly targets.
Interest in startups, innovation, or technology ecosystems, and willingness to learn about HustLoop’s initiatives.
High level of reliability, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
